All FrameLab products are digital goods delivered electronically as downloadable software. No physical products are shipped. All products are intended for Windows desktop operating systems unless otherwise specified.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as described, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
FrameLab products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall FrameLab be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our products incorporate open source software components. Licenses for these components are included with the product download. Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights under applicable open source licenses.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
